And if you have ingenious Hunter, you can reduce the cooldown to like...4 seconds with full stacks? By that point in time, the damage and healing you do gets to be a bit on the egregious side lol

I'm pretty sure Cass players don't build anywhere near as much haste. The returns just aren't worth it when I think they normally go for Liandry's and focus AP or health. Haste just prolongs your fight when you could just be hitting harder instead.

Core items: Archangel's, Heartsteel OR Iceborn Gauntlet, Riftmaker (for HP to AP conversion) AND/OR Liandry's Situational items (pick some): Rod of Ages, Rylai's, Cosmic Drive, Frozen Heart, Abbysal Mask, Spirit Visage, Force of Nature, Kaenic, Jak'Sho, Warmog's Primary runes: Grasp, Demolish, Conditioning, Overgrowth OR standard Conqueror.
