Cassiopeia is one of my favorite champions. Like all the mages I play incorrectly, I like Lich Bane on her. She automatically weaves her basic attacks in even if you're mashing E, and the MS is a nice boost. I wish they'd give her passive to everyone and remove boots from the game.

I dislike that there's (essentially) a required item. While I do like that it allows for a low-cost reaction build (do I get armor boots or mercs or am I safe enough to build pen/AS), I dislike that there's an item that every* champion buys in every game. Just seems like bad design to me. Same with flash. If they're core, then make them guaranteed and remove the false choice of not getting them. If they aren't, then they need to be balanced or removed because they're good in every game and on every champion.
