34:55 no one owns land in South Africa, they won't take your house as long as you sell it before the 99 year lease expires or change ownership, in South Africa it never happens that an individual owns a property for 100years because the legal age to own a home in most countries is 18 to 21 thus almost no one reaches 118 years owning a home. The Waterfall issue is because the great grandfather put the land under a trust that prohibits the family from selling, so they put the property buyers on a lease that is renewable without conditions.

So the reason why people were saying they not gonna watch if sino is not around is because the "Tuesday CONTENT"' has changed, and when we tune in we expect to hear you guys talk about that kinda content you didnt touch on in the last week's episode. what you gyz need to do now is to find a way to make that sure the content stays the same even when either one of you isn't around.
