Looks awesome! Timmy is not much for mixed drinks. He was a bourbon shot and beer drinker until I cut him off. He was getting a bit mean when he was drinking and would not share. I just watched Carolina Chris and realized that I had not seen any of your videos lately. So, I popped in and sure enough I was totally entertained. The chowder was amazing. Super easy too. I probably have not been popping up because I have only made two videos since last November. Trying to get myself in the mood to go this weekend. Hasn't been as much fun since the ice storm wrecked most of my stuff in Jan of 2021.

Grey Goose is a high quality thinner! In the spirit of Canuary, I chose a canned thinner, which is not a normal thing for me.

My advice is to take small, really small bites of the pickle. They hold a lot of the Smokey Shine goodness.

Whenever I steam clams, I save the liquor for the next day. Heat it up in a pint glass, add some Old Bay and sip the ambrosia.
