Thanks! I don’t have a whole lot, especially cast iron, it’s too much weight to haul around each camping trip.

That actually looks pretty cool. I put it in my list for potential camps and events for next year.

Wow! I'll have to check that out. I love lodge and colemen lanterns. The hum of the old style lanterns brings back a lot of memories of night fishing. Good times.

It’s 100 acres of stuff. Plenty to look through. Literally trailers full of cast iron.

I was a little shocked by some of the prices! Especially the lanterns with the holes in them. I guess if you look long enough you can find a good deal! That heater you got looks great😁

$50 for a rusted out lantern was absurd. As much as the one for $100. There’s no way anyone would pay that.

Where is that? I would enjoy strolling thru there and having a look-see. Is it once a month or what's the scoop?

3 times a year. It’s in Ft. Meade. Flywheelers Antique Engine Club. They have a website.

As a fellow Coleman collector there were some nice stuff there, the 66 big hat lantern for $30 was a good deal. The guy selling the 2 red lanterns(rusted) must have been on crack. If ya ever come across 1/69 shout at me, been looking for over 10 years. It would be my wife’s birthday lantern. I found mine for $4. At a yard sale. Deals are out there! Got me a new 66 heater like you bought, never fired up. If you’re looking for something particular let me know and I’ll look here in North Alabama.

Would 1/69 be the first model in the year 69? I’ll keep my eye out. I’m not sure why those red lanterns were so much.

Yes, January of 1969, the month will always be on the left and the year on the right on the bottom of the tank. Thanks ! @@OverlandFlorida
