Cast Net Made Easy 4ft to 14ft

Hope everyone is well during these insane time we are going through! This virus is making it hard for me to get a lot of time on the water and bring everyone videos on a weekly basis so I decided to try doing some "how to's" from home. Cast net throwing is so important in fishing because catching bait can make or break your whole day on the water. In this video I break down two basic ways to throw a small net (4ft) and a large net (14ft). with these two techniques ANYONE can master cast netting! I've seen cast nets thrown many fancy ways but if you know me, I like to keep things simple and to the point!

Hey Matt, just wanted so say thanks. I have struggled with my 10 footer using triple load method. I have a bad back and need to use mostly arms. This double load with a small loop over the shoulder works amazing for me because I can get the lead swinging really good and just shove it like you said.

I remember the first good throw I had on my 6ft cast net and the first time with a 12 foot big difference then my first time with a 16 I haven’t found any cast net bigger and there is actually no need for it 🤣and plus I don’t think I can throw any more
