that was due to his wings, he could teleport. No angel in heaven who feel due to Metatron's spell could do that anymore. I hate Metatron!! Then Cass' grace was partially recuperated, a large part of it was used for the spell. That is why he was never at full force. :(

@@starsvibeloops I'm giving you the reasons. Angels' wings and full heavenly power allowed them to teleport, be in their own form invisible without anyone noticing and without having to touch ground. The fall removed all those powers for all angels. They couldn't move things either. Collectively, heaven's power was also severely weakened since they were almost extinct.
