Sridevi and Mithun Chakraborthy were not married, in fact, he was in love with #Sridevi, eventually she thought Mithun might cheat and informed him to take legal/personal consent from his first wife, Yogita Bali if he really loved his wife, Yogita Bali genuinely, if not, take divorce and get her married in a Mandir (Temple) quickly and get legal registered marriage.
