I had a great time doing this with Flynn and, presuming that the demand is there, would love to do dream fancasts like this again. To clarify, GIF is an acronym that I created meaning Guaranteed Invitee(s) to Finale. Like how people use the beginning of the jury phase of Survivor as a point in time where the game changes, I'm suggesting that people use the term "GIF phase" when discussing how the beginning of it is when the competition kicks up a notch and Ramsay starts looking for leaders. When does the GIF phase begin in a season? When the number of chefs remaining is equal to the number of chefs we see in the finale.

Sterling from what I've read currently works as a hospital chef. But it's not not just any hospital. The hospital took care of his adoptive mother when she needed a heart operation, and it took care of his sister when she had cancer. It wouldn't shock me if HK producers tried to get Sterling back, but he seems content staying where he is and giving back to the place that took care of his loved ones.

I’d argue that, in a way, the All-Stars season already had a Heroes Vs. Villains vibe to it. We had some chefs on it who were heroes on their initial seasons, like Milly (AKA the Boston Rob of Hell’s Kitchen), Jennifer, Van, Nick, Ashley, and Michelle, and ones who were villains, like Elise, Robyn, Benjamin, and Josh. You had former heroes get villain edits (Barbie) and at least one villain pull a Jerri Manthey and get a hero edit (Robyn). At least that’s sorta how I saw it.

She was a hot headed troubled chef on both of her seasons making her the only Chef transferred of Red to Blue Teams in both of her seasons. She wasn't transferred to save teams ever. Not as bad in S17, but still had issues. Besides, Chef Ramsay gets angry every episode, so Milly isn't allowed to get angry? Seeing tantrums galore in HK, in the big picture Milly's anger there pales in comparison. It's an editted TV so we don't see everything.

Another Heroes that deserved to be in this list: -Mary Lou from Season 19. This girl is just like Rochelle and Sterling, very lovable and bubbly and you can't hate her. She's also a good cook, and very consistent and also, her iconic purple hair. -Milly from Season 14 & 17, he's a giant living teddy bear who's always showing his passion on cooking and be a good father figure to his son. -Jon from Season 11, the true winner who never was and the true stand out of The horrible Blue Team on Season 11 -I know she has a short round, but Ji from Season 5 is also a hero since she opens up of her injury and still works as a team, she deserved another chance to go. -Brett from Season 14 & 18, another sensitive man but is very passionate especially on Italian dish and his comeback in Season 18 is well deserved. -Julia from Season 3, another underdog who has come too far even made it to Black Jacket despite being Waffle House Cook. -Van Season 6 & 17, yeah his confrontation with Jean-Phillipe is unnecessary but that guy has a charisma and likeable. Another villains lists: -Fran from Season 7. I don't understand why everyone's hating on Autumn while Fran exists. She's a Karen and even also nominated many times along with Autumn. -Lacey from Season 5, whiny, crybaby and doesn't want to do a lot of works. -Melissa from Season 3, like Zacky Wacky, she started out strong but cracked in the middle. Also, her wacky witch hair. -Joy from Season 12, she's a strong cook but she has a childish attitude when anything doesn't go to her own way. -Jackie from Season 15, annoying personality and also even throw an ashtray to Kristin -Amber from Season 19, I know Marc is annoying but Amber is more annoying than him as she likes to cry for small mistakes and complains a lot. Even she complained to Kori many times of why she did not pick her on her team until the morning before finale! What the hell? -Aaron from Season 13. He mostly the one who is salty to Sterling the most and even has a huge argument with Bryant and made Bryant lose his temper. He even quitted like a coward. -Scotley season 18, this guy took over Gizzy's position in Atlanta but also defeated her in Cook for Your Life challenge even though he was cheating. Also, he constantly bullying Trev and even called him Baby girl.

Steve was too! I felt bad Steve has to leave HK due to injury and feel he should get a second chance. However, IMO that was karma. He plotted with Aaron to get rid of Sterling. Sterling's positive energy defeated Steve and Aaron's negativity. Resulting in their eliminations before Sterling's!

But, I give JR and Frank the pass because JR even rooting for him on his elimination and Frank can get along with him on Red Team.

One person I could see making a villains team is Scotley from Rookies Vs. Veterans. He had rivalries with both Gizzy and Trev, which may have been why he made it past Cook For Your Life despite breaking the rules of the challenge. Most of the confessionals about him were how conniving he was an unwilling to follow the rules. And I’m pretty sure there was at least one or two instances (even in his exit quote from Ramsay) where he was referred to as a “Big Bad Wolf”. So he could easily fit on a villains team if he was cast on one.

Are you talking about the lentils? The lentils were just a bad choice not and illegal one. It wasn't canned, precooked, or frozen. Chef Ramsay said he liked the dish except for the lentils choice. Gizzy left scales on her fish which is worse, because it can be dangerous. I almost choked on some scales left on fish while dining and was comped my meal. They cut my gums. Depending on the fish, the scales can be thick and sharp. She also struggled with her confidence in the kitchen. Otherwise, Scotley would have been sent home. Scotley's childish behavior was inexcusable. Thr little respect I had for Trevor left a he begged for a job in the pantry from Christina. No one in HK history has pulled that move.

I would like to see Anthony from season 11 and Hassan from season 15 I feel that both of them deserved to get farther but had unfortunate circumstances especially Anthony, people call Jon the unluckest chef but Anthony didn't even experience a second reward while atleast Jon did

Yeah Jon was a true hero. But he really has no reason to come back. He's currently employed by Ramsey, and he even made an appearance in season 21. He was there to aid one of the final three chefs in a challenge.

Honorable mentions that could have made the list following the same rules -Julia s3 -Bobby s4 -Robert s5 and s6 (I know this is a rule break but s6 he was burnt out and now he's apparently lost alot of weight so won't be pulled down by health issues) -Amanda s6 (she's really adorable) -salvatore (imagine a womaniser on the team) s7 and maybe Jason s7 -Gail and jillian from s8 -Justin, Brian and Clemenza in s10 since the latter 2 are clowns and Justin was someone who would have won any other season -jon s11 (do I say anymore..) -maybe Jason from s12 Can't really think of an entry from s13, 14 (All break the rules of choice convention), 15 maybe hassan and kanae from s18 For villains: -vinnie s3 -matt s4 -lazy lacey s5 -no one from s6, 7, 8 or 9 as Suzanne already got mentioned and Benjamin has been in 2 seasons -Tiffany and kimmie s10 as they will have a villains alliance -s11 dan -joy s12 -nobody in s13, 14 and maybe danni in s15 -Johnny, jia and koop in s16 And that's it

Not bad choices, but I think that I'd have had Ji from season 5 and Will from season 9. I like the contrast of having Tennille on a team with a lot of people that didn't have huge personalities, though I wouldn't have considered her a hero.

I wouldn't call Tennille a villain. Having a blowup at Chef Ramsay, going back into the kitchen to recover and surviving elimination is an accomplishment! Chef Ramsay calls people names all of the time especially customers! She responded, stood strong, and he was caught off guard. He respected her for it, and got what he wanted. Unlike Tinnelly from the same season, she never threatened him. She went on to perform admirably afterwards earning a Black Jacket and finishing near the top.

Tennille is definetly the hero as she's the first contestant ever who talk back to Chef Ramsay but somehow survived and fight back. Also, her blow ups makes her getting stronger as she's never getting nominated again until final 4.

What a great idea. I would love for Ramsay to do a Heroes vs. Villians season. I think I understand why Jen and Elise weren't on here since they both had two seasons already. Both would automatically been on mine if they weren't in All-Stars and Rookies vs. Veterans. Despite his short stay, I would have put Jason from S4 in over Zach for the villians and I would have put Emily from Young Guns in over Tennille for the heroes.

I feel like David V Goliath would be something this show could do very well. All of the underdogs and beginning weak chefs like Julia from the Waffle House. Against the big dogs who started strong and ended stronger like Will from season 9

Good concept, but the call-backs for Team David would have to be those who became successful outside of HK to be competitive. Team Goliath has professionals in it from their first appearance unless I'm missing something. Sadly, because Julia turned down Chef Ramsay's offer for culinary school, he may not invite her back.

I think if winners were included Dave (S6) for his journey with his broken arm and Christina (S4) for her underdog journey to the win would make them very fitting heroes. Ariel (S15) for her villainous reputation and Michael (S1) for his cutthroat strategic moves such as sabotaging Elsie at the final 4 would make them fitting villains.

Well now I want to watch this season. Another idea I always toyed with is a “redemption” season with some of the best/most memorable pre-black jacket boots. Though practically speaking that idea does have potential to end up with a bunch of chefs who just aren’t good enough to win, I still think it’s a fun idea to fan cast

Everybody is sleeping of Ji personally. She had a good signature dish, and even when she was injured, she kept going. The only reason Colleen and Lacey stayed was because Ji's pain got the best of her

I know that the 'Young Guns' season doesn't really have much drama or fighting in it, but it's honestly a bit of a refreshing break from the typical formula. Like, I could root for most of the chefs on that season; even with a guy like Antonio, who was insufferable at the start, seemed to humble himself and take more criticism, with stride. I think it's good that the young chefs had that experience and it was really sweet seeing how Ramsey interacted with them -- perhaps wanting to spare them the abundance of abuse he faced in the kitchen, at their ages. They were all humble, ready to learn, and grateful for the experience/criticism, which I think he recognized and really respected. He also seemed to have a lot of fun with the challenges that season and so did the chefs, so it was oddly wholesome to watch. But yeah, Steve was the mfkn GOAT.

I like all these choices very much. My only add would be Mary Lou (19) as a hero. Likeable, funny, and extremely talented. It was enjoyable watching people underestimate her all season so it would be interesting to see how she'd be coming in as a runner up.

I also have to nominate Brynn from young guns, I too struggle with severe social anxiety and felt like that would reduce me to only working in fast food kitchens, but if she can do it at such a high level, I can surely do no less at a local cafe or restaurant.

I have a feeling that Matt Hearn may have been blacklisted from Hell's Kitchen. When he was asked to come back to do final service, instead of turning them down civilly, he threatened Chef and the production team. He'd probably be the only one I would replace, and have Tiffany Johnson in his stead, just to see if she still sucks as a team player.

Anton (S12) instead of Matt. Matt will never return. He basically threatened the production team when he was asked to come back for the final dinner service, and racially mocked Hassan (S15) on Facebook. Anton had a fight with a Sous Chef, was a sexist, and he was always putting the blame on others for his mistakes. But he was mad talented, and definitely deserves a spot for a HK: HvV season I would also like to argue for Emily (S20) for the Winners Team, but Idk who could I swap her with.

I was gonna comment that Jackie from season 15 (or 16 I can never remember) should've been a villain but girl was literally so much of a villain that production debated on whether or not she was safe to keep around after she poured that ashtray on Kristin. To add to the same season dynamic, I think I would swap out Randy or Tommy for Sade, as her and Jen often clashed in season 13. Skill wise I definitely think Sade could hold her own as she performed very well in the black jacket phase and had an extremely solid pass performance. Great video!

Idea for a video maybe: The Bad Place Kitchen Casting 20 All-Stars that would make each other miserable throughout the entire season. People designed to torture each other until the very end and sabotage like crazy, insult and have absolutely no remorse about it. Allowing Jason and Elise to partake in it just to see people hate on each other even more.

Not that anyone asked, but if I were in charge of doing another HK all stars season, I’d reinvite the following while following your rules: Men: Sterling (13) Bobby (4) Will (9) Tommy (9) Clemenza (10) Jon (11) Motto (18) Declan (19) Randy (14) Cody (19) Steve (20) Women: Paula (5) Bonnie (3) Elsie (1) Jillian (8) Heidi (16) Melanie (12) Rochelle (12) Kristin (15) Mia (18) Nikki (19) Kanae (18) Kanae and Nikki especially considering they were both robbed of a black jacket to a quote on quote “more experienced chef” that being Heather and Amber, only for both to get eliminated after the very next dinner service because they were both obviously the weaker chefs compared to their protégés.
