I like that Alexis is kinda standing in Kate's corner by asking Castle if he's still looking into Beckett's case, even though he promised not to. It sounds as if she's ok with the idea that Kate and her Dad are getting married which I must say, is a big relief.

LOL! Reading some of the comments on this page made me smile. I can't believe it took Beckett this long to call him, Babe. When I was in relationships, I called my boyfriends "babe". It's supposed to a be an endearing, affectionate term. I feel sorry for those in relationships who have never been called "babe" at all & other endearing, heartwarming terms. Yes, I'm concerned that Castle is dying. But then again, this show would not go on without Castle surviving, wouldn't it? So, he'll be alive.

I have a patient that I look in on and she is 87. She is a diehard Caslte fan..and she's got me watching this with her after her medical check. We sit and watch it together. Anyway...I'm smiling seeing everyone go crazy, over Beckett calling Castle "babe". I melted when she said it too haha. I think in all fairness..I'd be melted even MORE had Castle said it to her LOL. And no, his supposed dying part isn't bothering me any, because after all..the show IS called Castle. No worries folks...they live on.

well I think the line is very sweet and u can tell how much she loves him and as far as her emotions go on that scene she has to keep him calm because if she don't he will die faster .What y not seeing is that after this scene she breaks down and lose it because she loves he so much and will not ever lose him again .

I'm currently taking a pharmacology class, right after flailing about the "babe" thing, I was trying to figure out how to save Castle's life, and I kept thinking they can try to drain his blood but transporting new, clean blood into his system at the same time, or administer a competitive antagonist at high doses, especially one that would bind irreversibly to the target receptor so the toxic drug doesn't get a chance to show its effect --> great example of how to balance Castle with school :P

Sure, let's get all excited because she called her fiancé and work husband for 5 years babe, instead of worrying that the man has one freaking day to live! But alright, I've got to admit that the "babe" part was cute and is nice that the writers are showing this sweet side of Beckett 2 the fandom. And we all know Castle isn't going to die! This season is going to be great. Think about it, they already started with a double episode! With another cliffhanger! Like the whole summer wasn't enough!
