The finale was...disappointing. A friend of mine qualified it as a finger from the showrunners in the faces of the audience. We saw nothing that could bring closure to the series in finale episode. Thus I hold my hopes that one day - hopefully not too late we will receive the end the show deserved. Either by books ( books about Caskett ) or by a standard hour and a half movie. Both will suffice. To speak frankly - there will not be a season 9. Ever. But at least some TV movie is possible. And the hope remains we will see our favorite talented actors pop up in another show. May be even together. Personally I will be delighted if I see Stana Katic in a science fiction. She is a fan of Star Trek after all...

The finale was a little disappointing for me, I would have expected more, it was over and after that 7 years later you could at least have done in between that you would go to the hospital and be operated on and all your colleagues would come and then the real end would come .
