I own and have completed Castle Crashers on PC, 360, Remastered, and have picked up some of the figurines. I love this game so much, the industrialist is by far the most powerful Edit - this is simply because his magic is op against bosses and deffo the best choice. There are other better magic for reg enemies but none of them are better then using melee to kill them which every character can do

blue knight is way better than industrialist. blue knight has an infinite ground stunlock as well as being able to use his splash in the air. industrialist is good at killing bosses and that's it. he's terrible in literally every other situation

@@cementchewer every character is basically the same at the end of the day, they all do the same amount of melee damage besides alien because he can only use his fefault for whatever reason making him thr worst by default. The only 2 characters that are noticeably different would be ice magic for enemies or industrialist/fencer for bosses

As lighting guy with leveled magic, you can basically 2 mag the first boss to farm gold for potions very fast. Also can stun lock most ground units. Does insane damage to corn boss, cat, madusa, sandwiches, and basically most bosses.

Thing to note The corn boss doesn't have a health bar, rather they have a number of hits bar. This is the only boss where you have to hit it a specific number of times for it to die. This number is multiplied by the number of players present at the start of the fight. Speed to boost arrow range and fire rate is recommended for this boss or any multi-hit magic

that is simply not true. Yes each hit makes 1 kernel fall off healing 1 hp. But you can see in the video they are doing different amounts of damage 26, 28. With maxed strength you will do 46 damage per melee hit. Rewatch the corn boss segment and you will see varying damage dealt.@@FlapHedge

This game is one of the best, the bugs in the game don’t break or ruin it, they are hard to preform and useful. The mechanics are perfect, the balancing of the game in multiplayer is great. And finally, insane mode is almost perfect it’s not balanced to well but it’s a fun challenge that tests your skills and knowledge of the game.

I have been beating castle crashers solo for purely completion and it has been through ps3 - ps5 I have tried it. I successfully beat industrial castle on insane mode and unlocked a character I'd been trying to unlock for the past three years. thank you, for this amazing video. btw my fastest time beating the final boss is like one minute and twenty seconds just cause of strats and crits in a normal run (not lvl 99)

Didn't expect to see this game in my feed in 2022, certainly not disappointed though! I think things might have gone little smoother if one of you pumped points into agility or magic, especially since one of you didn't have the money to buy the +5 str weapon anyway. Some of those annoying bosses become much easier when you have a red knight with maxed out magic for instance.

Fun fact: Most of the new characters in the remaster have non-elemental magic. While this means they can't expose elemental weakness of enemies, non-elemental magic has an advantage Cult Minions, who otherwise take almost no damage from elemental attacks and don't get knocked back. Some characters have a hybrid of non-elemental and elemental magic on certain attacks, however. For example, the Blacksmith has Flaming Hammer for his Magic Projectile, which is fire elemental, but all of his other spells are non-elemental. Gray Knight and Royal Guard's bombs are also fire elemental, which covers their air and magic projectile, everything else being non-elemental. The only character who has purely one element of attack aside from the vanilla four colored knights is the Fire Demon.
