Beautiful place! Overall, I think the restoration has been done with respect for the Chateau and it's design. There's a few minor things like colours (in particular the kitchen) which I would change... I think the "confidential" price (more commonly seen as _P.O.A._ or _P.O.R._) ) , is to ensure people have the necessary funds for a purchase. Kind of like the old saying.... "If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it."

Normally, you would telephone the estate agents if you were genuinely interested and they would ask you some questions and if you answered them to their satisfaction, they will tell you the price etc. It's I think to help stop time wasters/nosey people. Lovely chateau BTW, but the style is not for me. Thank you for sharing. It's lovely to dream isn't it. xxx

What a beautiful chateau the restoration is good but i would have left all it's original features of the chateau , some rooms need to be restored to it's original state and the color on some rooms need to be fixed . i would say confidential price is they don't want to give out the price to try and get the most they can from the chateau . with respect to peter but if you don't ask how much is the chateau how much would that person know to wire or pay cash for the chateau....

I know what they say but again if you go and see this chateau how does anyone know what to pay them if nobody can't ask what is the total amount , nobody is going to walk up and just say ill pay for the chateau without inspection find out if it's in good condition so i can wire or pay cash ...
