Castle Master gameplay (PC Game, 1990)

There were similar games going back several years, but this was definitely more refined than some of them. I didn't like it that much, but it was fascinating for the 3D world.

I remembered one very old program which named "3D Construction Kit" the game in the video looks exactly that was created with this program.
