rick and alexis remind me of me and my daughter....that closeness and intimacy...yes i know they're fictional, but they are PERFECTLY cast. they GET it, the teen angst and her dealing with a 'kid dad', him working at a high-risk job and worrying about its effect on her...it's great TV

"it was TV". A+ "Then my spinoff comes!". How good is it when a good character has a good person behind.

If you want to learn about story telling, getting the story on the screen... very informative. I learned a thing or two. Thanks. But that praise from Molly for Nathan? Oh man... tears... sooooo endearing. From there to the blooper in season seven, on the airplane... Nathan: ."..I hoped it would be some father son time, Molly: "... what?? I am a boy??" yeah, they got eachother! In sync!

When Molly made that line about "the script being good but it's t.v" or whatever, like he joke, Stana had this look on her face like "brat!"

When Molly finishes speaking and Nathan reaches back to her, watch carefully and you will see Nathan do this thing with his hand where he wiggles his fingers. He's imitating birds, its just this thing he does like a fist bump or devil horns, and people who "get it" will "Feed the birds".

Every time I see this clip I keep wondering what Molly wanted to say to Nathan at the end of her speech... 🤔

I sense a varying degree of feelings... having survived >40 years of working in "teams," administrators, creating my startup, grunt-level workers all the way up to the top executives... hard to last 8+ years as Castle did. I love them more than The Mentalist, Endeavor, and Vienna Blood...in my EMBA program, some groups gelled, and others melted & exploded. This cast is special and "conflicts" are normal; the product excels; Bless all of them, outstanding people; thank you for the times we shared (my divorce, three pet deaths, hospitalizations, etc. - yet, you gave me happy times, and continue to do so!) ❤💐🙏🕊🌹🫂💞

David Selby needs to play Castle's dad...reunion for David and Susan too. I was bummed when I heard there were thoughts he might be a guest on Dharma and Greg and it never happened.

The show really isn't that "fast paced", alot of times they were just stating the obvious. House MD,now that's fast paced.

Stana always seems more reserved at Paley interviews... Just my opinion

So I'm not the only one that has to pause or go "Wait, what?" when they say something I don't understand and realize that I didn't catch their last dialogue? Lol that's a relief
