Castle Show - Gulliver's Land (Animatronic Show) | HD 60fps

Wow what a great show! A real hidden gem! Was at the park today and have been visiting a few years but never got a chance to see this. Today we went in as it was themed as ‘Count’s Castle’ which was very impressive but not as good as this! Is the dragon an animatronic too? I kept waiting for it to move but it seemed very static. So many great animatronics dotted around this park, unfortunately a lot are turned off or broken? Would love to see the Enchanted Forest too but never seems to be open. Is it permanently shut? Love the Gully mouse animatronics in this!

I agree, was one of the best attractions they had at the park when I was a kid. The story made sense, and it felt really magical. To answer your question, the Forest is currently out of bounds until the company is competent enough to carry out basic tasks (been banished from saying any more). I’m sure it will be open again, albeit eventually. I told my mate that works there the exact same about the wizard show, but unfortunately Gulliver’s didn’t want to run it any longer for some reason (most likely as they need an Ent to run the old show), hence why they repurposed it as the haunted attraction that they’re going to use as a walkthrough (without staff member) Also unfortunately, it’s permanent :(

@@RAEUK1 oh wow, well that you for your reply! You seem to know a lot about it. It makes sense with them converting the show if they didn’t want to have a staff member running it all day, though it is a huge shame and loss to the park. I hope I get to experience the Enchanted Forest when it finally reopens! It reminded me a lot of the fairytale walkthrough that used to be at Paultons Park. Do you know about the Hard Luck Bears show? Are the animatronics still sitting in there?

@@Rachael8989 hard luck bears are getting “restored” the magic forest at paultons was brilliant, I actually know the guy that sculpted some of the bits in there for PAN amusements. If you’re interested in this type of stuff, DK Creative Animations is a new UK company that’s being started with the same sculptor

What happened to this show anyways?

It was used for a Christmas attraction for a few years after it closed, last year we rethemed it into a haunted walkthrough which is planned to be open year round after this Halloween. The dragon and both wizard animatronics are working and have been reprogrammed.
