Interesting to know that Frank is the hardest boss even for top-level players too. I've always thought he was far harder than Drac or Death, even whip-only. Yes, I'd rather fight Death with the leather whip than Frank with *anything* other than Holy Water II or III... the Igor mechanic, especially with the fireballs, just wasn't designed around CV's movement system at all IMO, even less-so than Death with his sickles and movement.
