I always thought Konami should have made Enhanced/HD versions of the DS Castlevania games for PSP/Wii, and PS3/360. Imagine 1080p versions of these games w/ more 1080p Anime cutscenes added, and they sell them for $40-$50.

what equipment do you use to grind for souls? in my game i have the soul eater ring and maxed out ghost dancers, along with the 777 shirt, but i can't seem to get some from enemies.

The same as you. The drop of this game is very low compared to others Castlevania. The Final Guard made me give up trying to drop the soul and the two items fairly. I used a guaranteed soul drop cheat, otherwise I would never finish the game. If you notice, right after that, my soul drop rate was 100% until the end of the game. "Always Drop Souls: " 021C3AC0 E1A00000 If using, make a backup of the save before, in some emulators it can crash the game and even corrupt the save.

Hello friend. How did you manage to start a new game on Hard, without any of the items or souls from the previous campaign? I know you started playing from a save with 100% of the game previously completed, but how did you start a new game from scratch on Hard mode?

I did the following... I loaded my hard save to 100% right before the final boss, went back to Hammer and Yoko's store, sold all my items and discarded all souls. I defeated the last boss again and created an NG+ save. This NG+ will come clean, without items and souls from previous gameplay.

The HP Bar of bosses I added during video editing, it is not an option in the game. The Seal (Magic Spell) has been removed from this Mod version I played, it's very annoying to have to do these commands.

There are two ways... By doing four NG+, the souls you had in the previous gameplay are carried over to the new one. The other way is through cheat, which was my case. Instead of playing four times

Cheat in the Desmume emulator itself. Comment on it in the video description. In the case of Final Guard does not make much difference luck 999, so I used another cheat that gives Soul Drop and Item guaranteed.
