@@tex_gil117 if you're good then you seen how he casted the net. Grab a edge put it in your hand that's holding the net and grab the other side and swing it in a circle it's very easy.

When you're castnetting you are supposed to hold the majority of the net in your dominant hand and lead with it. The non dominant hand (holding the single fold) is just supposed to guide it open. Basically just reverse what you're doing now.

Flair try doing exactly what you’re still doing for the cast net, but just hold less slack on your second “hold” part. 1. Handle on your arm 2. Grab the whole net in your left hand 3. Put one piece of lead in that same left hand 4. Hold one piece of lead (about 2-3 ft away from step 3) make it a straight line. No slack 5. Half spin your whole body and release 3/4 of the way Hope that helps!

Hey Flair I’m no pro at cast netting but I can usually get a good circle and what I do it hold the thing trait up grab it about waist height in my right hand then pull one of the little weights in the front up and hold it between my fingers. Then I grab another weight and hold the net semi open and throw it but the last thing you want to let go of is the weight in your left hand bc that will open it up more

Flair next time you fry up something make a honey hot sauce dipping sauce, half honey and half your hot sauce of choice. My dad introduced my to it. He'd fry chicken legs and coat them in the mix. I bake mine a little before eating to get the flavor throughout. So good!

I live in south louisiana. My advice would be if your left handed put the yolk in your left hand, choke a quarter up the net. Keep the yolk and choke in your palm then with that same hand you have to grab a weight with your index finger from the bottom of the net[part you are skipping], then grab another weight with your other hand. I don't think its even possible to throw a perfect O the way you are doing it. if you like this and don't understand I can type out a more thorough explanation. Hope to see you get better at it though!
