You’re right to say, it’s relaxing and it’s your time. We must develop a ritual and do it for family too, Like bringing soup or hot chocolate....bring it to your spouse and children when sick. I hadn’t always used the aftercare cleansing and that’s wrong. Use baking soda water, or the bottled cleanser used for this purpose. Wipe away the toxins, don’t let them re-absorb back into the skin. Messy? Need more practice. Allocated tshirts and towels, or plastic bags and socks if you’re doing feet. The flannel can be reused, plastic bag, place in refrigerator crisper, it keeps well, add some new oil to replenish before using again. The flannel forms a tight seal against the skin, it holds and delivers the castor oil. If you don’t know benefits of castor oil, it means you haven’t used it. Lovely video, thanks for your good care. The more we know about packs and poultices, the better. .
