Have the same JB4 and its awesome... With DP, cat del and hf exhaust I beat the living shiza out of M3's and it didn't cost me 100k like the M3

You had any issues with your fuel pump from the JB4 install? Hows your MPG?
@SINasTER7510 жыл бұрын
Noissues at all! Cant say mich about MPG cause during summer I was always having fun doing launches and acceleration on the highway and since winter started I put a remote starter and that kills the MPG. But I can say that Im doing about 600/650 km per fill so it aint that bad. I also have a couple other mods with the Alpina flash for the TCU

Good! I really want one but am nervous from what I read about fuel pumps and injector problems

If the fuel pump have been replaced (the old faulty ones) you shouldnt have any problems... Everyone that owns a 335 that I know have the JB4 installed. If you have the old pump, even without the JB4 if you start to push it, it will fail for sure. BMW even extended the warranty on these pumps to 200k if I remember correctly.

Well that's a good thing. In the mean time I will keep doing my research. Thanks for the help!

Nice Video!. I am looking at getting a 335xi but have read about the fuel pump problems and some others. Has the JB4 caused any problems for you? Whats your overall opinion of the car? Thanks

No problems for me. There was a flash revision for the JB4 that cause a little glitch on low throttle for me but I wrote to the support and they released a new revision of the flash within 48 hours if I remember. Aint bad for after sales service! If I (for some reason) sale or lose that 335, I will buy another JB4 without hesitation for sure!!

From my opinion, the 335 is the best bang for your buck. Alot of after market bolt ons, crazy piggybacks (like the JB4) and the car doesnt cost 80,000$ like the 435. I prefer the old 335's with the twin turbo over the single twin scroll turbo. Its more agressive and give more power with less turbo lag. The interior is very good quality and the car is well built. Just be sure to maintain it correctly, it's not a "ricer" that you can beat the shiza out of it and forget to change the oil ;-)

No doubt it is a great car, I love the idea of it. I would be looking at a 2007/8 model. Can't beat the performance, gas mileage, and AWD. I have it narrowed down to this, a 5.0 mustang or a 300 srt8. All very different but very nice cars :) The BMW just has that nice business man look but still pretty quick.

Dont do the mistake of buying a mustang, they aint that quick, there expensive to mod and will cost you 3 times as much in gas. The 300 is better but not as good as the Bimmer, espacialy if your looking at the xi/xDrive models... And the mustang/300 wont perform in the snow ;-)

That's for sure! My Challenger SRT8 meets my need for speed, but a nice daily driver is always welcomed! Luckily winters around here haven't been very bad the last 3 years so my truck hasn't been in 4wd very often!
