Classic lol reminds me of psyching up in dragon quest 8 for wave of ice/disruptive energy removing it. God forbid you do that without the timbrel of tension that does it for the whole party. The chemist does remind me of ff5 needing to check all those crazy combinations. I am Probably good with partitio simply making money, I can't go back, let alone some stuff like interactions, party members, or side quests are derivative like saga frontier town hopping or having Rouge (except Blue if you win though you play as Rouge if you die vs him) lol.

Idk how they made the apothecary even more broken in this game. Like what can't Cassti do? Her concoct is already the best support and debuffing in the game and she's also able to grant the entire team insane buffs. She can even deal solid damage if you feel like you need that.

The balance is for boss fights, as you'd have to use items instead of concoct for free. The rest of apothecary tools are underwhelming as hell, the sub job doesn't have concoct so you can try it out, it's a worse warrior/hunter.

@@Ecliptor. yeah the job is probably the worst in the game but Castti is broken. Actually the fact that she uses items rather than SP which is limited is way stronger. You can buy 99 of all her ingredients and you're never going to run out. Her latent power is quite literally useless in late game. Unlike SP you don't have to spend any turns to refill her resources. The job itself only really has debuff cleansing as utility and that's incredibly niche and probably way too slow to ever be worth it. I'm very sad they removed last stand, it was such a cool skill.

Solid damage dealer? She's only second to Hikari. With the right magic build she can 60k x 4 with hazardous concoct. Enfeebling amulet extends her debuffs from concoct meaning she can set up 3 debuffs without boosting in 1 turn to use drastic measure the next. She's insane. Also the fact that pomegranate leaves are only 1000 at the black market is so insane for how busted they are.

I've been saying since day one castti is by far the most OP character, this with her concoct, with partitio as an arcanist who casts side step on everone is just Busted, literally taking no damage and then my boy Hikari comes in with the damage. I actually used a save file editor to lower my level due to bosses being too easy. I'm level 30 beating level 45 and up bosses.

If you want to improve this build much better use the Arcanist for the Seal of Eternity so you can keep the buffs permanently until the end of battle!

​@@jeezze07 Castti's concoct. With two pomegranate leafs or whatever they're called and the diffusing and strengthening ingredients you give 4 BP to the entire team. Oh and if you're using max boost you can add another ingredient so you can get a 2k heal or 200 SP restore or 5 turn attack boost to the entire team for example.

I’ve done similar, merchant and Osvald with arcanist. Merchant gives bp to osvald, uses the seal ability to have buffs given to the whole party and then spam his genius skill at max bp that gives buffs to himself which in turn gives buffs to the whole party

no subjobs needed, only agnea's divine skill (sealtiges seduction, though any dancer can do this) + ex skill gained by completing her story (song of hope) & castti's ex skill by completing her story (remedy). cast sealtige's on castti, full boost use remedy so it affects the whole party, then extend buffs with song of hope 👍

@@helloneighbour2408 He's talking about the Arcanists "Seal of Eternity" super move (requires 5BP) but he's reading it wrong... it's a garbage skill... it extends the duration of a SINGLE RANDOM positive buff effect... so if every character has like 10 buffs on them, you'd have to cast this thing like 40 times to solidify each buff... you'd be better off just repeating the process with Cassti and Agnea and extending the duration for another 7 or 8 turns... no battle lasts long enough to warrant using a 5BP super move 40+ times... that character would literally become useless and seeing as all Agnea and Cassti are doing is buffing, you'd only have Hikari dealing any kind of damage... and NO it doesn't work with Seal of Diffusion...which is like the Runelords ability in Octopath I to extend her buffs to the entire party... doesn't work with Seal of Eternity. :D

@@NeoRizer That is why you use Seal of Eternity on Castti after she gets the Sealticge Seduction augment given to her at the start of the sequence (Not when she uses Remedy or has any of the buffs), it should permanently keep it in play. (Yes SoE does work on Divine Skills as well) This will allow you to use her skills without any problems, even giving partywide regeneration..
