Hi Lizi, If you need ideas, what about a long hearing test? They are usually paired with ear cleaning but just a long hearing test with triggers and close whispering (love these) sounds awesome! I often use asmr to help me do school work. Since asmr stimulates your brain it helps me focus. I can’t do anything in pure silence it’s just how I grew up
