Japanese stile of bbq is very different from Italian, interesting. Yeah me too I love to make fire! A question, in Japan is it possible to make camp fires and camping along the rivers or on the beach? I'd love to fish and cook it in the wild.

Thanks to Ken san and Masa san for promoting Japanese language, society, culture, everyday life. And since I believe Ken san studied English, here is some language information on BBQ. Comes from French BARBE (beard, hairs around the pig’s snout) + QUEUE (tail; pig’s rear end). So BARBE AU QUEUE was used to signify grilling the entire pig, and became barbecue in English. Anyway, I miss Japanese yakitori so thanks again for your contributions guys!
