Imagine just trying to buy a book and seeing this😭😭 sounds great! Thanks for this. Im autistic and littlest things can send me into a mood. This tingled my adhd too 😂 I’ve been really worked up and stressed out. I got into a huge fight with my big brother and this calmed me down so much. Something that’s usually really hard to do❤ love you!

Ugh I wish the light from my phone didn’t wake up my toddler so I could watch this in bed! This is sooo tingly💖💖

It helps to dim the light on your phone to the lowest setting and turning it on it's front. But I know some people also need the visual stimuli so that may not work for you. At least the dark settings and turning the brightness down can really help a lot. YT Premium also plays the video (just sounds though) on your screen turned off but that does cost 12 dollars and not everyone wants to pay that.

@@Fluffy-Fluffymusi is free. Anything on yt is also on musi and you can turn phone off to it. Could also just flip the phone over blocks like 90% of the light

I love the sounds but I can’t mentally get past the fact that someone or a young child could be watching when people do these types of videos. Its natural for people to look at other people but the asmr stuff is definitely unusual for those who don’t know what’s going on. Does anyone have any “a-ha” tricks or pointers?
