Rents machine with tooth bucket, returns it with smooth bucket. That kind of ground is tough on equipment. I know this first hand!

You need to dig in San Antonio and Austin Tx area. 6"-8" of topsoil, then BAM 40' of limestone and granite. We have to use giant rock saws and sometimes explosives before we get our excavators to work. Neat video!
