I have. My cat had a stroke and suddenly didn't know where he was. He was terrified and ran and hid in the basement. He was like a different cat. It's like his memory was gone. He even had to be retrained to use the litter box. But luckily he eventually adjusted and lived many more years happy and with no lasting affect besides maybe his expression looking different. This video immediately made me think something like that happened to this cat but the explanation they gave makes sense.

Ikr, probably some stuff fell down and hurt him or he get scared to the noise of stuff falling down. But i'm glad now the cat can overcome his trauma. Props to the owner too for taking such a good care of their pet!
