Only if the player who is using it does have the same discipline and control as Testie has. Another good thing here is the communications in which very much needed at all situations. Tarot is broken here. For sure... Because it's already too late for the legion to answer what tarot already had. And everyone on legion doesn't have any decent defensive items or lock down items to counter tarots aggression.

Any hero with that much farm disparity will feel as broken. Tarot can easily be countered by lock down heroes or anticarry heroes like Kane, Qi, Chronos, tempest
