The Imam is reciting this holy Aya (verse) from the holy Qur'an: ﴿ سَيَقولُ الَّذينَ أَشرَكوا لَو شاءَ اللَّهُ ما أَشرَكنا وَلا آباؤُنا وَلا حَرَّمنا مِن شَيءٍ كَذلِكَ كَذَّبَ الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم حَتّى ذاقوا بَأسَنا قُل هَل عِندَكُم مِن عِلمٍ فَتُخرِجوهُ لَنا إِن تَتَّبِعونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِن أَنتُم إِلّا تَخرُصونَ ﴾ [6:148] - الأنعام Translation: The polytheists will argue, “Had it been Allah’s Will, neither we nor our forefathers would have associated others with Him ˹in worship˺ or made anything unlawful.” Likewise, those before them rejected the truth until they tasted Our punishment. Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.” It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures. The Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) said: Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. " حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ‏"‌‏.‏ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ‏.‏ And: Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "One day a man became very thirsty while walking down the road. He came across a well, went down into it, and drank and then climbed out. In front of him he found a dog panting, eating the dust out of thirst. The man said, 'This dog is as thirsty as I was.' He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? Surely you follow nothing but ˹false˺ assumptions and you do nothing but lie.” It should be noted that Imam didn't do that just because the cat is adorable, no, but rather, because it's Islam (the religion of peace) which taught us to have mercy on these beautiful creatures. The Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) said: Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth. " حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ‏"‌‏.‏ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ‏.‏ And: Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "One day a man became very thirsty while walking down the road. He came across a well, went down into it, and drank and then climbed out. In front of him he found a dog panting, eating the dust out of thirst. The man said, 'This dog is as thirsty as I was.' He went back down into the well and filled his shoe, putting it into his mouth (in order to climb back up) and then gave the dog water. Therefore Allah thanked him and forgave him." They said, "Messenger of Allah, will we have a reward on account of animals?" And yes, Hadith's are the alleged sayings, doings and abstentions of Prophet Muhammad, and we are told that hadith literature explains the Quran. Without hadith, we are told that the Quran would apparently be a mass of ambiguities and cannot be applied.

Messengers before you were ridiculed, but those who mocked them became besieged by what they ridiculed. 11. Say, "Travel the earth and observe the final fate of the deniers." 12. Say, "To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth?" Say, "To Allah." He has inscribed for Himself mercy. He will gather you to the Day of Resurrection, in which there is no doubt. Those who lost their souls do not believe. 13. To Him belongs whatever rests in the night and the day. He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 14. Say, "Shall I take for myself a protector other than Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, and He feeds and is not fed?" Say, "I am instructed to be the first of those who submit." And do not be among the idolaters. 15. Say, "I fear, should I defy my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day." 16. Whoever is spared on that Day-He had mercy on him. That is the clear victory. 17. If Allah touches you with adversity, none can remove it except He. And if He touches you with good-He is Capable of everything. 18. He is the Supreme over His servants. He is the Wise, the Expert. 19. Say, "What thing is more solemn in testimony?" Say, "Allah is Witness between you and me. This Quran was revealed to me, that I may warn you with it, and whomever it may reach. Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with Allah?" Say, "I myself do not testify." Aww. Does this mean my kitty loves me?😊 When humanity and nature colide. Absolutely beautiful. They say animals know who is good and whose not so great. I've had MANY experiences with wild animals people probably wouldn't believe me if I told them the stories. All true stories though. I think it's a blessing to have animals feel comfortable around humans when normally they wouldn't. So amazing! Just last weekend two wild bunnies allowed me into their space. They didn't run off, they didn't freeze either. They kept eating, watching me. I got closer and still they stayed. I sat down and actually told them how beautiful they were. I was less than 2ft from them. I sat there and told them I was thankful they allowed me so close. They hopped away together, slowly. Before they ran off out of my sight they both turned back and looked at me, I waved and that was that. It was such a fulfilling experience to go through. It helped me for the next 3 days with my depression. It helped me be calm when my car broke down in those 3 days after. I dont know how to explain it, but this is not the first time this has happened to me. I also had a family maybe even 2 families of skunks allow me to get close enough to pet their babies!! No joke! Friggin skunks!!! They didn't spray me at all. I was blown away by that too. That was a very intense experience. I was asking God to keep my children in the house because I knew my loud children would frighten them enough to make them spray, attack or run away. My children didn't come outside the entire time. I was actually able to pet wild baby skunks with no problem. I do not know how to explain it. they let me take pictures and video. I have to find it. But yeah, it was another experience I can not explain. Other than maybe God, animal and human working as one? God was showing me that anything is possible? Maybe he was showing me it is past time I forgive myself for my mistakes, maybe he was showing me, look.. you aren't the person others may make you out to be, maybe that has been Gods way of showing me, I SAY.. not what the world may say? I can't explain it. Maybe there are experts in both animal husbandry and religion that can explain it to me. I'm more than willing to hear what others may think it means? I didn't go skunk watching, they came to me. I didn't go bunny watching, they came to me. I've had it happen with deer and a racoon too. I dont know how to explain it. Family and friends pets always love me and seem to have almost an immediate attachment. I dont know how to explain it at all.

Solomon had a Hoopoe as an informant and spoke to an Ant. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. And it's considered a charity to leave trees for humans and animals to eat from after death.
