@rosalierobertson12533 жыл бұрын
That side kick is hilarious. Cat's are so individual with their own quirks. Now that I spend much more time at home, I talk to my cat so much, that she understands words & phrases that I purposely use to communicate. Molly has now become very chatty and has a soft little voice, unless I am not paying attention to her needs eg. " feed me, feed me, FEEEED MEEEE!!!" I have never had a cat like her, as when she is trying to tell me something, she looks so intently at me as if to say, "why don't you understand what I'm saying?" She loves it when I cover & tuck a blanket around her at night. I purposely take my time as I love the way that she gives a sweet, loving look of appreciation.

Maine coons chirp a ton. ..my tuxedo chirps,. One of my foster cats chirped and trilled non stop, and my torbie chirps. I named her meows...bc she never shuts up. Talking directly with our cats is in fact how we develop a relationship with them. We mostly try to understand our cats from their non-verbal communication, however establishing a bond with one' s cat is entirely up to you. It's the awareness of this ability to communicate verbally with them that starts the relationship growing into a bond. They are mostly orphans of the storm and we are their family. LOVE.

@nader elshamy prove you're not a rap!st I think going outside has more to do with exploring than fleeing. Cats are curious in nature and there's a lot of things outside that peek their interest. I've had mine for 11 years now and he's been scared of stepping outside for the majority of his life. We progressively made him go outside with us so he wouldn't get scared. Then at some point he was the one asking to go out. He has no claws so we don't trust him to leave alone. He stays in the yard and attacks leaves. So if your cat runs outside while the door's open, it's most likely because there's lot more interesting stuff to do there than between 4 walls. Only problem is if they lose their way, get attacked by an other animal or run over by a car. Which is why I wouldn't trust an indoor cat to leave the house by himself.

It's a breed thing. Almost any cat will chatter when they see birds as a call to lure them into an ambush. Bengals are known to chatter when they're making small talk with cats and nearby humans. Other cats will make small talk by making little trilling sounds by humming through their nose with a closed mouth while purring. A loud open mouthed meow is usually reserved for important matters like food.

It took me a few times of him hiding in plain sight (he's all black) watching me call for him, that I realized he was playing hide & seek. Makes me miss my cat Caramel, we always called her baby, she was so talkative. Even the way she meows is like her. Passed away back in june of 2022.

Zoe really is a very talkative kitty, and you do a wonderful job of orchestrating statements to what you'd think she'd be saying. Beautifully done. 💕🐾🐾💕😊😊😊 That side kick from Zeke was hilarious 😂😂😂

I had a kitty YEARS ago, Jasper, who used to do the same. His favorite was walking along side me and conversing. I miss him so much!

She is definitely talking, as in conversation small talk ((as opposed to meowing for food or to get you to open a door, etc) They are both so beautiful. I'm so glad they are loved to pieces!😍

They are both so gorgeous, their expressive faces and beautiful wild markings. The personality richness on both of them is added benefit! You are really lucky with these two.

Oh! Zoe is so beautiful! You are so lucky to have someone to talk to. Cats are so special, and they do love their parents. Zeke really is a goofy but handsome cat, and I think that when the cats are fighting, they are really just playing, and not serious. Enjoy your cats, dear! Stay safe! ~Janet in Canada

My rescue "Tortie" is very chatty and it is getting to the point that I recognize many of her vocalizations and what they mean. She has absolutely NO use for chicken in any form. Odd, as she was one of a litter that was born to an abandoned mom during a very cold winter and all were underweight and needed bottle feeding (although all survived to be adopted). After seven years she is still as loony as when I first adopted her. One of the only cats I have ever had that answers when her name is called.

I had a Manx cat and a german shepherd dog at the same time. Because the cat used to watch how the dog acted, soon the cat knew her name, would speak when talked to, and knew which door the cookies/treats were in. She would "sit pretty" and "bark" for a cookie. They were quite the pair, miss em to this day

Our Lightning Bug is a chatterbox. She has something to say about everything, although we figure she’s mostly complaining about the other 14 members of our feline clan. I don’t think she has much to say about the dog. He never steals her favorite box.
@bar03263 жыл бұрын
@@adeleennis2255 I had gotten my dog a nice big dog bed for her. She used it right away, but when she got up, the cat layed down on it, tried taking it over. Then it just became a first come, first served bed. Eventually after a period of time, they shared it at the same time lol
