Meri 4 kitten hain oh takriban 2 month ke hain, oh apni maa se food khate hain, kabhi kabhi cat maa k sath uska food kha liya 2/3 baar, wese meri billi bahar bhi jati hai, mere ghar k pass koi doctor nhi hai.. Abhi 2 ko loose mossan or ulti bhi hai, bahut jyada badbu, mene unko ek jagah bandh kardiya maa se door rakha hai..

My female kitten eight month old 3.3 kg had a viral infection mostly or parasitic infection or bacterial infectious definitely because she had a very foul smelling diarrhea but she was eating my mistake was I didn't give her oral treatment like Ordelyte the ORS for cats I didn't treat her at home by giving oral norflox and metronidazole everything I knew as she was not vomiting at all and she had loose motions for almost five days no vomiting but she was eating it had foul smell but still I ignored but the day I noticed little very little blood and mucus in her stool and the next day she didn't eat or drink anything only was sitting in the garden that time I got worried I decided to show her to the veterinary doctor the day I took her to the vet she was playing outside in our garden happily running after an insect i doubted whether she needed to be shown to the doctor or not but then i felt let's take her so i took her to the doctor he gave her Amoxicillin injection I M and gave her 100 cc RL subcutaneously, the bottle was not freshly opened the RL was yellow in colour i doubted he also gave her Vitamin C injection that day... The next day also she didn't eat anything so i got worried this time I took her to the doctor then what he did he gave her 150 CC RL yellow in colour not freshly opened bottle again he gave her 150 cc NS not freshly opened bottle so total 300 cc went in her over the period of 30 minutes... Then he gave her 5 cc i v metronidazole also in the top of that he gave her 5 cc Hydroxyethly starch after administration of HES she started vomiting blood I immediately realised something wrong with HES at its administration only i was to stop him not give her colloid as a human doctor i knew it is heavy on kidney but I blindly trusted there I made a mistake a huge mistake... And she expired due to pulmonary oedema and ascitis was also there so fluid overload I palpated her tummy and chest i realised she died due to overhydration and drug induced bone marrow toxicity... I started crying the moment she was breathing her last breaths on my palm i realised what a huge mistake I did... I read about HES kindly i request all veterinary doctors don't use Hydroxyethly starch or any colloid artificial or natural that kills your pet in a day use only RL not even NS don't overhydrate for 3 kg cat which is mild to moderate ly dehydrated infuse RL subcutaneously subcutaneously only no I V at all over a period of one hour very slowly very very slowly otherwise your pets death is for sure for to pulmonary oedema after three days I rested her twin brother myself even if he had severe drooling stomatitis i kept feeding him orally only forced feeding with ayurvedic immune syrups and platelet and aneamia correcting setpletvsyrup L lysine syrup cerpodoxime axetil syrup and metronidazole and norflox oral syrups... i continued forced feeding every two hours with ORS or Ordelyte(cats ORS) he survived for two days but third day when he felt very sick as I was sleeping so didn't feel him in eight hours he felt so sick and sluggish his skin could be lifted off easily his eyes were sunken so I felt it was the right time for little RL to maintain its normal BP so I took human RL fresh bottle and infused only 80 cc RL subcutaneously very very slowly over one hour and he is 4.5 kg eight month old male kitten... Honestly after that slow drop of only 80 ml in one hour he started running and jumping he recovered from severe respiratory distress and his stomatitis got completely reversed... He most probably had calicivirus or herpes virus infection i had shown him to veterinary doctor on day 1 of symptom but as he insisted on subcutaneous metro injection and I V RL drop i had no trust left on veterinary doctors here at my place i immediately took him home and started treating him myself reading articles on net watching you tube... And honestly he was so severe doctor had told he would hardly survive even after one dose of Tricat vaccine at his two months of age... But he survived with my home treatment... I am sure if i treated my previous cat same way at home only she would 10000000% survive... So I discussed this topic with other good veterinary doctors he said after infusing saline or RL usually veterinary doctors overhydrate cats even 4 kg cats only need less than 100 cc fluid almost 80cc over the period of one hour very slow infusion rate... If given too much more than 100 cc especially i v they die definitely die of congestive heart failure or pulmonary oedema many of my neighbours cats dier withing 24 hours of RL infusion so be careful guys not more than 100 cc and use only RL not even NS no colloid kindly save your pets after discussing with a good honest veterinary doctor andy own and neighbours experiences I am giving you authentic goilden diamond advice please follow this otherwise your cat kitten will die unnecessarily die to wrong treatment or overhydration unncesaasrily... Never go for any I V treatment subcutaneous treatment best only subcutaneous RL only when it's very sluggish and with sunken eyes and very loose skin then only go for subcutaneously freshly opened bottle RL and it looks transparent and not yellow... So Kindly take my advice it's genuine really genuine... And save your cat it dies mainly due to wrong treatment mostly overhydration and not due to disease my experience and my neighbours experiences... So please please take my genuine advice and save your cat I cried alot and still crying die to loss of my most beautiful persian fale kitten which had unique very unique beautiful face and so loving affectionate she dies due to wrong treatment of veterinary doctor absolutely wrong and not due to disease she would survive easily even without RL infusion as she was not vomiting she would accept oral syrups no need of I V metronidazole also even Oral ORD would rehydrate her I lost her due to my lack of knowledge and taking her to the wrong veterinary doctor he had also given her i V atropine but I see it was Hydroxyethly starch and over rapid over hydration with RL and NS 300cc total over 30 minutes only... And she died immediately in 12 hours... It gives me such deep heart ache that's why I am telling everyone kindly don't infuse any fluid i v only RL less than 100 cc per day enough if averagely weight cat over a period of one hour only... Honestly that's enough... If you give i v RL especially more than 100 cc over shor period of time within 1 hour most likely it's gonna die... I know how it feels to lose our living affectionate inocent pet just because lack of knowledge and taking to the wrong veterinary doctor so I am spreading this awareness let My Uniquely most beautiful kittens death at least save other innocent kittens all over the world dying from overhydration or colloid or Hydroxyethly starch administration or i metronidazole... Kindly avoid any I V medication it's not at all needed... Please please save your innocent cats... Let the death of my kitten save lives of many innocent cats all over the world dying due to wrong treatment of overhydration I V treatment and Colloid administration... Please spread awareness... Save innocent beautiful lives...
