+Sheila Chery It looks more like a budgie to me. It makes the same sounds and the same size as mine. Quakers are a tad bit bigger, I believe. Also, that's the same why my parakeet plays with me. But I don't know, I've never had a Quaker.

Because people are overly sensitive and think animals are one dimensional. Putting a bird in front of a cat is suppose to = bad or something. I say it means the owner knows how to train his animals well.
