Cat rescued after being attacked by dogs

New Rescue Alert! We were contacted about a kitty who made the mistake of jumping into a yard with dogs. The owner of the dogs heard the commotion and was able to rush outside and get the dogs away from him. The owner then put a laundry basket over him so he wouldn't run away while hurt and started looking for help. We were able to get out there and get the little guy. The dog owner sat beside the kitty until help arrived. He seems stable but will need a full assessment by our vet. Stay tuned for updates.

Oh poor sweet baby. I hope the vet gets some pain meds on board quick so this sweetie can relax. Poor thing, I feel so bad for him. I hope the vets can help him and he will be ok. Thanks to the man who owns the dogs for contacting Cats of San Bernardino cat rescue for this neglected cat. He was probably trying to find a new place to sleep and did not realize the dogs did not like new animals in their yard. The poor cat looks like he needed help for awhile.
