Cat Takes Sofa, Owner Takes Floor

Watching tv with my cat boss, he takes the sofa and I have to sit on the floor...again!

I totally agree...often Charlie sits on me and I need to move, but I don't want to move or disturb him, . So I'll wait for him to move first. He has taught me patience, and to slow life down a little.

I remember once about 11 years ago I saw a puffay for you to rest your feet on at yard say, bought and took it home went to work came home ready to put my feet up only to see my cat Merlin laying across is waggling his tail and licking his paws in a superior manner, I didn't have the heart to make him get off 🤣.

I actually like sitting on the floor sometimes and cat would like being behind me like that on the sofa. I think they like being near your head so it’s a good arrangement. And you get to hear the purring at full volume 😊

Cats get what they want. Many times my cats have taken over my couch or my bed or my chair and displaced me. At best I would barely squeeze in with them, if they allowed it. Notice how this cat is purring like crazy. I think he knows good and well what he has done and is proud of it.

My shop cats absolutely adore the seat of the forklift. Sometimes you get hissed at pretty fiercely if you want to move something and need that lift.
