I love your videos! :D It brings back a lot of feelings of nostalgia from when I use to live in the city. My grandfather use to drive around downtown a lot in the evening when I was younger, just to enjoy the view. The pictures of the cities and skyscrapers is all I have left of to remember him by. Thanks for the uploads. :]

watching these driving videos leaves me with a strange feeling, i think the closest thing i could say it was would be awe. like standing at the base of the tallest building in the world and looking up, where your heart sort of jumps, and a little voice in your screams incoherently and all you can muster is a unflattering little giggle, very very cool.

I'm surprized by how the streets look so clean, compared to the ones from here [America] Now, i really can't wait to visit Japan!

New video, WOOT! Since I first saw your Tokyo videos I checked out some similar videos people made in other cities around the world. I guess it's the quality of your camera and the soundtrack you use that make your videos stand out. Plus of course it's 東京.

Original "Ridge Racer" was situated around nearby city of Yokohama bay area, but this part of Tokyo (the "Odaiba" bay area) was full of drift kids during its development stage. You can see why some kids just couldn't help put the pedal to the metal on these roads! The area is fully (though there are partial left-over lands for further expansion) developed now, with police cars patrolling the area day and night. I only wish I was old enough to hold a driving license, in those days ...

Very striking video though too much of concrete, glass and tarmac in Tokyo - would like to see more verdancy!

you would think the Underworld tune would be used for one of the monorail videos, but somehow it quite fits very well here!

Cool, but it makes me wonder. Why's there virtually nobody out driving or walking around? Was this some sort of holiday, or very early in the morninng? And even if it was early morning you'd think some people would be out. You'd almost never see emptiness like this in a small city in America, let alone in a larger comparable city like New York City.

man, i wish we had road like this in USA. Here, it's just boring freeway and barren backgrounds...

Most of the videos are recorded in the early morning hours when there is little traffic (about 5am or so). About 7am is when the traffic picks up.
