Do you use the trinket into CoS to drop stacks or is CoS enough?

I trinket around 25 stacks just to reduce a bit of damage, and cloak around 35 stacks, bandaging while cloaked

To be honest, once your group is geared you dont need to send anyone down anymore, just ignore shadow realm. But if you want to do it, make sure to take enveloping shadows and CD reduction on cloak, and improved recuperate. Feint on CD, use Mirror Trinket at 25 stacks, cloak at 35 stacks, 100% uptime on recuperate
