Do you suppost to put the entire bottle of cataclean in at a quarter tank of gas, or do you put some in it, drive the hell outta it ,and then put the rest in and fill up tank ? I'm confused ! Every1 is mostly putting entire bottle in on quarter tank of gas, then when they get almost empty on gas, they just fill tank back to full ???

I have had cat issues on my 2014 Pathfinder and after three treatments of Cataclean the CEL went off. It actually worked.

Sometimes I also recommend HEET (from previous experience) Water in your tank from sitting a lot. Cataclean def worked for me

I just bought this today for my Jag XF-R. I haven't used it yet. I sometimes get an egg smell. So I'm thinking it's the cat. Also I wanted to do a system clean. I will report back with my results.

@@hisagisan off the rip I could feel a better throttle response. I drove it for twice the mileage 30miles before putting just a couple extra gallons (shell nitro) wanting it to remain semi concentrated. I was using the paddles and letting it rev hard at 5-6k. 120-130+ pulls. It still has some in the tank as this was just yesterday. So far so good. This stuff is flying off the shelves. Advanced auto and AutoZone both told me they can't keep it and I had to go to two different stores to find it.. Based on what I see so far I will be using this a couple 2-3 times a year. Right before I change my oil. I will update in 150 miles. Which will be soon as this is my daily driver. Add that with penzoil ultra platinum and bestline and my 680hp jag is running like a champ.

I just found out about this product on Monday. I bought a bottle and haven’t used it yet. No CEL but I just passed 350,000 miles and the CAT is original. I’m about 19mpg. Has this product been different than using a typical fuel injector cleaner?

@@hisagisan Yes for me. I'm From a race family. My first car was a Z28 I have used them ALL. Gas mileage, I don't care about. I care about performance and mileage comes with that but not at 180 mph. All I know is, the idle and acceleration is smother and cleaner so far and at only 30 miles. Direct injection produces a lot of carbon. Read the reviews. people are testing this and seen a major improvement O2 banks via scan . if your cat is clean you will see an improvement of mileage. What vehicle do you have?

@@hisagisan Put it in a 1/4 tank. Run it down to 1/8 and get down on it here and there to really blow out the carbon. then add a couple gallons. take it for a drive and get down on it before you put it in there and then do what I told you and then go out and take it for another drive and get down on it in the same way. You will see a smother much better running engine. 350k is alot. This will clean your injectors and complete fuel system. You cel is not on and this a good P.M cleaner for sure. I will report back in a couple days. My cats are $3500 on the jag so I'm also looking for good products what are scientifically proven and peer reviewed. I'm an structural engineer and work for a large GC in Atlanta so I'm not the average reviewer.

I've never heard anyone yet to claim it can clog and it didn't happen in my case. If you are referring to the catalytic converter being clogged then it might not work, but you can always try it?

Dealerships doesn't do that but will replace your cats for 1500-2500
