You probably talk about the tourney balance. This is are the changes for sister : A Sustenance of Leechlings: THP leech decreased from 100% to 10%. Ultimate (Thornwake) CD increased from 40s to 60s. Talents Lvl 5 Set 3: Reaper, Bloodlust, Regrowth (Cleave, Kill, Headshot/Crit) Lvl 15 Set 1: Smiter, Assassin, EP Lvl 20 Bonded Spirit: Radiance CDR bonus decreased from 50% to 25%. Lvl 30 Ironbark Thicket: Increased duration removed (decreased from 10s to default 6s). Blackvenom Thicket (Bush): In addition - 30% CDR added (so that it is close to official balance CD).
