I've played cataclysm for years now, and one of the best parts about the game is how frequently it is updated. Up until the start of november it was updated multiple times a day. Not sure why releases abruptly stopped on november but it is possible that they are working on a stable, non experimental release. Current run is a Link wannabe. Unfortunately bound to my cabin in the woods surviving mostly off of some lard and protein rations I managed to scavenge after an... unfortunate misstep into my own fire, setting me on fire and burning my legs to the point of impeding function. Fortunately the crafting system is so massive that I have been able to grind the entire month that I have been disabled and will come out an archery master with a deep understanding of tailoring and fabrication. 10/10 game.

Yeah, releasing a stable update is usually why updates suddenly stop, but you probably know that by now.

i've seen few hours of this game; you can really spend days here, furnishing your house, crafting and exploring for loot good stuff for these who like post-apocalypse genre

Ah CDDA I still remember when you were able to wipe an entire town of zombies...By throwing rocks at them. Sadly they patched that out and made it so you have to kill them "slightly" more realistically ways now.

This game is amazing, huge mutation system. Difficult and well made by devs who care, the depth is deceiving, Quickly turning from finding safe water to learning how to make shelf stable food and deadly vehicles.

Never drink toilet water unless you need to heal in Fallout 3. Or if you’re literally dying of thirst in 7 Days to Die, but if you have a water purifier mod on your helmet and maximum ranks in the Iron Gut Perk, you can stick your head in a septic tank and slurp away with no problems.
