I thought this voice sound familiar. This is Jacq Ainsworth who voiced the mercy temple chronicles. Very Awesome!!!!!

The beginning was a bit slow but I’m glad I stuck with it. Beautiful character development and a good handle on keeping the mystery alive. On to book 2 !!!!!!!!!

I love listening to this book especially the character developments and the narrator , i'm wondering if he's a guy cause he did it well with briars voice. And the voice seems familiar I think this narrator was also the narrator of "Mercy Temple Chronicles".

Well done. SFairly slow and realistic adaptation to a sudden change to what is "real" for the characters. (I would have expected one of two had freaked out on being told magic is real, is there some kind of special school the less mentally balaced magically gifted people attend/are confined?) Understandable mistakes from ameteur slooths. Age appropriate levels emotional maturity and personal flaws/hangups. Well done.

It was interesting...I Saw many great comments, but I confess I have a severe dislike of whiny, parental trauma that hasn't been dealt with. The main character was the epitome of suck and fail, but if you can make it two hours in, it starts getting better.

Even though reader is very good, some of the 'whinyness' is her interpretation of the character. Im guessing the reader is not a street urchin herself! (Maybe a Stevens prep school graduate.)

Fun read, but the painfully poor choices by the protagonists are frustrating and boarder on stupid. The first rule of fighting conspiracies is tell as many people as possible. The second rule is send evidence somewhere safe. It's less fun when the reader can see the plot point in advance.

I am digging the story line, but the recording needs helps. It sounds like you pausing and starting speaking in spurts.
@elphbwckd212
@elphbwckd212 Жыл бұрын
That's how you narrate. You pause and add emphasis to show where punctuation is, or bold or italicized letters. It also happens at natural places of pause indicating a new paragraph, a change to dialogue and even pauses within to indicate a change of character speaking. It's actually very good narration. I can see how it's written by how it's being read. It's perfectly well done.
