Hey I am a huge fan of reverb on bass. I've done a ton of videos using reverb on bass. But I am not using reverb on bass in this video. That's just normal bass. Apologies.

Nice sound Mark, as always. Thanks for such tasteful honoring your pedalboard so well. I love shimmer verb, yet it has to blend. I have been using my SLO in the front of my pedalboard. The pitch down setting set heavy but mix low. Reveals a texture that is hard to create elsewhere in the line. Cloak is wonderful.

Good channel. You keep up this quality you will be sure to grow. Thankyou for not throwing in so much fluff. Some other similar channels fall victim to only having one third of their video related to the topic they're showcasing. And you dont have a pretentious voice or grating cadence like some other creators. Keep your humility as you grow, please.

Killer review as always. Have you ever checked out the Respira by AC Noises. Really good trem/shim combo wombo. The shimmer was designed by the maker of Maestro Valvola. Probably know this already but yeah... Thought you would appreciate it. Keep up the good work man.

Great review. Any idea how this compares to the Cloudburst? I'm looking for a shimmer with clear +1 / +2 octave shift, and without the 'glitchy' sound some of them give. The Cloudburst sounds fantastic, but I've heard that the octave-up shifts are very subtle.

I find shimmer oftentimes being overwhelming, taking away focus, dominating the sound. Not this one. Very tasty!

I don't usually comment but the number of ads on this video and most of Mark's recent content has been quite high. I think he usually gets paid to do pedal reviews (no judgement from me) so I'm confused why the ad count is so high. Anyone else notice this?

I’ve had 7 ads throughout the video. One every 2-4 minutes plus the one before the video. Definitely annoying. Great content as always though. Love the track at the beginning.
