What brand are those coloured restistance bands? Seem alot more stable than alot of them around. Would appreciate that alot, thanks! PS. Sweet new setup!

There are a few different ones - the mini bands are Perform Better, the ones with handles I can't recall, the regular bands are a mix of EliteFTS and MuscleDriver, and the ones hanging on the stall bars are Crossover Symmetry.

Jared Richmond I prefer them because they tend to cut down on how much chalk gets all over the place, but people who suck at using chalk will just take their hands out and get it all over anyway.

Werksan mostly. A couple Eleikos and 1 ZKC.
