Well when you flash 14 without much difficulty for a warm up, it puts a little perspective on it. It's like a v8 climber flashing 14 v4 boulders for a warmup and then having to think about the last 6 v5-7 ones

If you look up "glasses hooks for sports" or something similar then you should find some. They normally come in sets, but be sure to have a look at them properly to make sure they fit your glasses' legs :)
