Actually he is missing the point that now Indian people will be much less friendly and welcoming of Pakistanis than in 2017. To be honest, am surprised to hear that Indians told him that they wish to visit Pakistan, because most Indians don’t. Perhaps they were being polite to him. It’s not a politician-created divide, it’s because of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, and even before that a long history of terrorist attacks instigated by Pakistan including a string of bombings, Kargil war initiated by Pakistan and last, the 2019 Pulwama attack. While I appreciate this gentleman approaching India so open-heartedly and this channel’s intent, I wouldn’t be naive about the reality of how most Indians feel about Pakistan. We would be polite and welcoming to an individual who has come to visit us with a clean heart maybe, but not towards Pakistan as a whole.

I want to visit Lahore and Karachi during my life time but unfortunately I am in the end of life. 80 per cent pakisthanis feels that India and Hindu Indians are their enemies hence I am very careful to go to pakisthan. Off course I met one pakisthani guide in Italy and another pakisthani chap who was playing cricket with my son in Germany during 2011 they were very nice people and helped me in Italy. Examples are not the exception. It is a good thing that many pakisthanis want to visit India. Will it help creation of good relations between these countries? Hope for the best if the fanatical radical pakisthanis bury the dead kashmir issue. However, pakisthani tourists can visit India without any trouble since Islamic heritage mosques, monuments very well maintained by secular Indian govt without any bias. Jai hind

If you call yourself a nationalistic citizen of Pakistan then stop comparing Pak with India or any other country. Ancestry of most Pakistanis is same as Indians no matter what religion they observe. In Pakistan since its inception the parents even to their tots, all students in schools and colleges, social and all other media in Pakistan teach frank hatred towards Hindu majority population of India. Wrong history, constant war mongering - threatening India with war and nuclear bombing, obsession of making all Indians and probably the whole world Islamist governed by Sharia laws of centuries past through Jihad, persistent terrorism exported to neighbouring India, illegally occupying Kashmir, Gilgit, Baluchistan, etc. while persistently playing in the hands of USA and China willingly participating in their anti-India policies, spending whatever little finances Pak has on preparations of imaginary wars with India instead of development of their own nation, are some of the main reasons Pak is where it is now and rapidly going down. No one can become taller by cutting down the other person. One always reaps as one sows. The snakes that Pak breeds and feeds to bite the neighbor will definitely bite the host as well. Please wake up, know the facts and accept them, making the world a peaceful and prosperous place for all. Live and let live.
