Thank you so much for your videos, they are great! I kept wondering what happens with fuel source in changes in exercise intensity during prolonged periods, like in a 45min to an hour HIIT session, or in circuit training. Thanks again!!

What if you are consistently taking nutrient? Will you still have more fat e.g. ultra endurance events.
