One thing that I find that helps when making plans is instead of “one person follows me” or “2 monster, 3 construction”, you call out people specifically, so “purple follow me” and it avoids a little bit of the chaos. I just play MM though so you know better ultimately

There's a point where aim becomes less of a question and brain is more important I.e you can go through all the effort of "purple follow me, rest go short" or whatever but if everyone is baiting each other the call is irrelevant.
