this is 2 months old and its still valid right now. i wonder if the $600/week for 40 million people gets cut off, the economic depression may be much greater than the meltdown of 2007-2008. I think the issue is global supply and demand and even if domestic demand collapses, well there will always be money somewhere else for what a condomaran gets you.

What is your opinion on what will happen to charter company and the charter fleets. They are currently out of business. As long as we cannot fly, they will stay out of business. There are the one keeping large Catamaran manufacturers going. I see a disaster for them.

HI URS, MOST CATAMARANS ARE OWNED BY FINANCIALLY STRONG PEOPLE AND THE YACHT REPRESENTS AROUND 10-20% OF THEIR NET WORTH SO THEY ARE AFFECTED, BUT IT'S NOT LIKE THEY CAN'T PAY THEIR BILLS. THERE ARE A FEW OWNERS WHO ARE FACING BANKRUPTCY AND WE WILL SEE SOME DEALS BUT IT TAKES TIME FOR THESE TO COME TO MARKET.

P.S.: prices are surging ever-higher and it is definitely a "Seller's Market". I do expect to see a softening of prices starting in May-June 2021

Ability to relocate boats when the whole world is effected a minor issue in price stability. Would think the ability of small business owners to stay solvent might be a factor
