Another great video from you. I have a catasetum that seems to run on Energizer batteries. It is either growing bloom spikes or new bulbs. It refuses to go dormant. Anyways, I like the ending. Makes me want to take French lessons.

One of my plant hasn't had any new growth or new roots. Is this normal? Thanks

I would recommend that you leave the plant aside, no watering (unless the backbulbs are severely shriveled in which case you can give it a good soaking but the plant might be in jeopardy in that situation) until you get a new growth and roots that are at least 3 to 5" (7.5 to 12.5 cm) long/high. Then you can start resuming normal watering. As long as the back bulbs are plump and hard there is little risk for the plant. Did you buy from the plant form a grower from the southern hemisphere? It might still be on that hemisphere timetable. It can take years for a plant to adjust!
