I hope no lives were lost. God bless all the people to recover from this devastation. So many catastrophic events are occurring. Birth pangs getting stronger and increasing in frequency. Who doesn't live near a fault line, volcano, sea, river, mountain, dry land, forest, or ice? There will be upheaval. God grant us wisdom, discernment, and grace.

Some fireman / emergency secourist said we may faced around 60 000 deads 😢. Lets see, it will take time to save ppl, count the dead (most of then were already burred or burned according to the tradition of autochtone) ... and few year to rebuild (water, electricity, .. school and hospital). Mayotte is one of the poorest colony of France. Excepting to extract ressources and Tourism, France do not care so much about its colonies (Dom/Tom).

It is apocalyptic to the people there who are presently living it. Pain and suffering is pain and suffering and it should not be invalidated or dismissed because certain individuals feel they have the authority to say what qualifies as true pain or suffering.
