Prayers to the incarcerated people the state is forcing to fight these fires. 30% of the fire fighting force is incarcerated. They're four times more likely to sustain injury. And they do it for between $2.90 and $5.12 a day. They tell them their records will be expunged, then they only expunge about a dozen. It's COERCION and no one seems to care.
